Our terms are based on the standard structure as per our suppliers.

WARRANTY

All products include a two-year system warranty. For projects where Factory Commissioning was quoted and purchased, Lutron supplies an eight-year limited warranty on homework’s systems only. (Contact CW Lighting for details)

RETURNS           

CW Lighting Ltd. does not accept returns without prior written approval. All returns are subject to a minimum25% restocking / product testing charge. Lutron reserves the right not to accept requests for product returns.

Any product s excepted for return must be sent back in there original working form and packaging..

Returns bust applied within 7days of the original invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order cancelled after seven (7) days from CW Lighting Ltd. will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% or more of the value of the order.

FIELD COMMISSIONING

Systems purchased with Factory Commissioning include 1 on-site visit by a CW Lighting/Lutron Field Service Engineer, during normal business hours. Grafik 6000 systems include a total of 3 on-site visits by a Lutron field service engineer, during normal business hours.

Visit(s) will include a complete system function test as well as system operation and maintenance instruction.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Freight will be prepaid to destinations within mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Eire for orders greater than £250.00 net. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

BACKBOXES

The above price includes galvanized steel backboxes as necessary for Lutron Equipment. Backboxes must be ordered by part Number with dimming equipment.

DESIGN

Quotation is based on Lutron standard design, finish and construction unless indicated otherwise. Drawings approved by the end-user or authorized representatives are required for all custom dimming system orders. Approved drawings will take precedence over all plans, specifications, or other written and verbal agreements.
